Shared Space for Connection, Community, and Healing
Virtual circles for women, birthing people, and LGBTQ+ Families
Our virtual support circles create space to gather with others navigating similar transitions.
With intention and care, we facilitate circles that blend emotional reflection, practical support, and peer connection. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it all alone, either.
Rooted in trauma-informed care and guided with compassion, each group is a space of belonging—where your truth is honored, your voice is welcomed, and your healing is held with care.

We currently offer small, virtual circles including:
Fertility Support Circle
Grief and Grace
A Circle for Pregnancy Loss: Honoring grief, memory, and healing after pregnancy loss.
The Holding Circle
Navigating Postpartum Together: Holding space for the shifts, identity changes, and quiet overwhelm of early parenthood.
A Circle for Becoming
Circles typically run in 6–8 week cycles and include guided conversation, reflection prompts, and optional practices to support you in between sessions.
Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or looking to deepen it, our circles offer space to feel seen, supported, and understood. They can stand alone as a gentle entry point or accompany therapy and coaching to enrich your growth with the power of community care.
Support Circles are available nationwide and are not covered by insurance. It is not intended to treat mental health conditions or replace therapy.
